What is Tawakkal?
Tawakkal is a mobile application that performs digital numerical analysis of Quranic text. It helps you discover patterns, word distributions, and divine signals in the Holy Quran using advanced analysis tools.
How do I analyze Quranic text?
Method 1: Camera
- Tap the camera icon
- Point your camera at Quranic text
- Capture the image
- Wait for analysis to complete
Method 2: Photo Library
- Tap the photo icon
- Select an image from your library
- Wait for analysis to complete
What is included in Tawakkal Pro?
Pro subscribers get:
- ✓ Unlimited text analysis
- ✓ Advanced word analysis and distribution
- ✓ Save unlimited results
- ✓ Export results as PDF
- ✓ Divine signals tracking
- ✓ Priority customer support
How do I subscribe to Tawakkal Pro?
- Open the app
- Go to Settings or tap any Pro feature
- Choose your preferred plan (Monthly or Yearly)
- Complete the purchase through Apple's In-App Purchase
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open iOS Settings on your device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select Tawakkal
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Note: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll still have access to Pro features until then.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your Tawakkal purchase
- Select "Report a Problem"
- Follow the instructions
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
- Open Tawakkal on your new device
- Sign in with the same Apple ID used for purchase
- Tap "Restore Purchases" in the subscription screen
- Your Pro features will be restored
The app is crashing or not working properly
Try these steps:
- Force close the app and restart it
- Restart your device
- Check for app updates in the App Store
- If the issue persists, contact us at tawakkalsuport@gmail.com with details about when it occurs
Camera/Photo access not working
- Go to iOS Settings
- Scroll down and tap "Tawakkal"
- Enable Camera and Photos access
- Return to the app and try again
Prayer times not showing correctly
Prayer times are calculated based on your location. Make sure:
- Location access is enabled for Tawakkal
- Your device's location services are turned on
- You're in the correct timezone
📱 Subscription Information
Available Plans:
- Monthly Subscription - Automatically renews every month
- Yearly Subscription - Automatically renews every year
Auto-Renewal:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
